Mr. Lemke’s national and international sales experience includes; Medical, school, assisted living, hospital sales; State, government and military approval and sales. He is a past presenter at American Society of Gene Therapy, American Society of Hematology. Employment highlights of Mr. Lemke include, but are not limited to: Director of International Immunology Research Institute at Yale University, Vice-President of Medical Discoveries Milwaukee WI, Northern Division Manager AFSC/CELLGENIX Gaithersburg, MD and consulting stints with MN Pharmacy Association, Riverside Neurology, Central Eye Associates, Advanced Healing Systems, Regenises Biomedical, Vision Medical Institute, and Health Street Interactive. Mr. Lemke received his training at Yale University School of Medicine Immunology, The National Institute of Health and St. Thomas/St. Cloud State University.

Chef Stiles has 30 years experience in the food & beverage industry, including chain and independent restaurants, stadium, business and industrial foodservice, hotels and his two of his own “Moosehopper” New England Coffee Café’s. Chef Stiles has worked with small-to-medium ($5M-$100M in sales) food and beverage manufacturers, in addition to major retail brands; Sara Lee, General Mills, Kemps, Coca-Cola, Nestles, Jennie-O Turkey, Land O’ Lakes, Caribou Coffee, Sunopta, Kerry-Davinci, Dole, Kellogg’s (Kashi & Morningstar) Quizno’s and Subway.
He has collaborated on all phases of corporate product development and manufacturing, working with chefs, food scientists, technologists, manufacturing plants and top executives. Stiles has both created and launched regional and national programs for new products in multiple categories.
Chef Stiles is a published author, contributing to industry trade journals, magazines and web-sites. He is also a featured speaker and culinary collaborator, providing a critical view point and documented research on burgeoning trends, (Health & Wellness) functional ingredients (Healthy Exotic/Functional Super Foods) at corporations, industry seminars, trade shows and culinary roundtables around the USA.
Chef Stiles sits on the Executive Board of Directors for The Research Chefs Association (RCA), Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) Culinology program, Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, and is a past member of Virgo Publishing/Food Product Design’s Advisory Board. Chef Stiles resides in Champlin, MN, with wife Molly and 2-year old son, “Lil’ Chef Oliver.
